These terms apply when you use https://yourwayshirts.com or buy from Your Way Shirts, Tacoma, Washington. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

• All products are printed to order. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order, for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content we won’t print.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
• We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Product appearance

Colors and print placement may vary slightly from on-screen images due to screen settings, garment dye lots, and the DTF printing process. Sizes may vary slightly; see our size chart.

Custom designs you submit

• You confirm you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, names, or text you submit, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
• You allow us to use your design only to produce and fulfill your order. We will not show your custom design in our marketing without your permission.
• We may refuse designs that are infringing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, at our discretion.
• You agree to cover losses or claims arising from content you submit.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms.

Our content

Site content, including our own designs, photos, and text, belongs to Your Way Shirts or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, for example by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or placing fraudulent orders.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” except as stated in our policies or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
